Spoiler season continues for League of Legends trading card game, Riftbound, with Riot Games having just unveiled more cards for the debut set, Origins. This time, as you can see in the image above, it’s two variants of the Yasuo, Windrider card. On the left, we have card 205/298, and on the right is card 205a/298. Let’s take a closer look at Yasuo, Windrider.
Yasuo, Windrider is a Champion Unit card with 4 Might. It’s colored purple (the Rune for which is named Chaos), with a cost of 5 and an added recycling cost of 1 Chaos Rune. You can check out how recycling works in Riftbound in our guide!

This Yasuo card also has the Ganking keyword, which means that he can move from battlefield to battlefield, rather than needing to move back to base and then to another battlefield. Even better, is that if you can keep Yasuo moving, once he moves three times in a turn, 1 point is scored by his player. Given that only 8 points are needed to win a game of Riftbound, you can see why this is going to be a very useful card!
The two cards revealed so far are the same, artwork aside; you’ll see in the bottom left of the cards that one is numbered 205/298, and the other is 205a/298. When numbered with an “a”, it means you’ve found a rarer, alternate art version of the card:

We’ve added these cards and other more recent reveals to our Riftbound Origins card list, which we’ll continue to update as more cards are shown. Why not take a look at our hands-on impressions of Riftbound?
