8. Hecahands Yadel – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN002

It’s worth noting that Hecahands is another archetype that debuted in Phantom Revenge, with this Hecahands Yadel card being the second example on this list. It’s another Starlight Rare; get used to seeing those, as this list is now all Starlight Rares, all the way down!
7. Kewl Tune Synchro – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN039

One more archetype making its debut in Phantom Revenge, Kewl Tune us a strategy based around Synchro Summoning using Tuners. This Kewl Tune Synchro card’s Starlight Rare variant is the first Kewl Tune card on this list, but as you’ll soon notice, it’s far from the last!
6. Kewl Tune Reco – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN033

With an aesthetic that recalls the Japanese virtual idol trend, you may be forgiven for thinking that Kewl Tune cards are popular based on their artwork alone. However, they have become incredibly popular not just for their style, but for their substance too; with the way they synchronize, it seems that everyone wants to get their hands on Kewl Tune cards!
5. Enneacraft, Atori.MAR – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN022

It’s a brief detour back to the Enneacraft archetype for this entry. In at number 5 is the Starlight Rare variant of Enneacraft, Atori.MAR.

3. Kewl Tune RS – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN037

Though it’s not entirely clear from this image of the card, it seems that Kewl Tune RS is mid-transformation, with the idol plugged into some seriously dangerous-looking hardware on the card’s art!
2. Kewl Tune Cue – Starlight Rare, PHRE-EN034

Kewl Tune Cue looks far less threatening than Kewl Tune RS. Perhaps that’s to be expected when this is a Fairy type card, rather than a Fiend!

Finally, here we have Kewl Tune Clip. A Thunder type card, Kewl Tune Clip’s Starlight Rare variant is currently the most valuable Phantom Revenge card of them all!
