Here at Card Gamer, we’re huge fans of Capcom’s Street Fighter games. We even have a big collection of Street Fighter comics, with Udon’s brilliant, 20+ year saga, all the way back to the days when Malibu Comics held the license very briefly and disatrously in the 90s.

We’re always pleased to see Street Fighter hit the tabletop too. We’ve covered Street Fighter: The Deck-Building Game, for example, but where Street Fighter has found a longer term home is in TCG, UniVersus. Street Fighter first appeared 20 years ago in UniVersus, with the first sets featuring the game’s characters and settings being in 2006. Returning to UniVersus in 2025 with two Challenger Series decks, Street Fighter is now back for more, with its 12th UniVersus release. Let’s take a look at what fans can expect from the new Street Fighter 6 decks!

Which Street Fighter 6 Decks Are on the Way?

The two Challenger Series decks feature two characters each. First up, the villains take the spotlight, with M. Bison and JP heading up their deck. The second deck features the ever-popular Cammy and Juri, two female combatants who are more than capable of taking on the formidable M. Bison and Street Fighter 6’s big bad, JP.

Along with a 60 card deck and the choice of two characters to use, each deck includes a card checklist, learn to play guide and a Collector Booster pack. The Collector Booster contains six alternate art and all foil cards from this set, and these are likely to become highly sought after for UniVersus fans. Fans of UniVersus and Street Fighter will need to put this date in their diary: October 2nd, 2026. We’re looking forward to checking these decks out for ourselves, and can’t wait to take more of the World Warriors for round 2 of Street Fighter’s Challenger Series in UniVersus!
