Set four is Vendetta, and it’s due to launch on the 31st of July, 2026. One of the big new features in Vendetta is the debut of new Rune color pairs on Champion cards; red and green, blue and orange, plus purple and yellow being paired for the first time. It will also feature 9 Champions instead of the usual 12; this will be the standard from Vendetta onwards. There will be more than 160 cards in the set, including 50+ Showcase cards. Among the Showcase cards are “paired” duos.

As you can see from the example of the Vi and Jinx cards above, these feature artwork which extends the illustration across both cards, showing the rivalry of two characters in action. The release of Vendetta will also see another new product hitting store shelves: the Showdown Decks. These are two-player, pre-constructed Champion Decks which allow you to play against an opponent with no further cards needed. Vendetta’s Showdown Deck is Zed vs Shen.
