If you thought the Mini Bosses were tough, wait until you meet the Bosses in this game. One of the first you’re likely to meet is Bamboozle, which is why it’s high time I showed you how to beat Bamboozle in Wildfrost.
Bamboozle is probably the easiest Boss to defeat, and that’s not saying much. It’s still a difficult enemy to overcome, even when you have high HP, strong Attack, and a solid team of allies.
To make matters worse, Bamboozle has two stages. Oh yes, Wildfrost isn’t going to make this easy for you just because it’s your first Big Boss. Prepare to get angry, then take a breath, pull up this guide, and remember what I’m about to teach you.

ToggleHow To Beat Bamboozle In Wildfrost
The trick to beating Bamboozle is to deal a lot of damage early on. Eliminate weak enemies like Baby Snowbo, then attack Bamboozle until you trigger its second stage. Once Bamaboozle becomes Bam and Boozle, take out Bam first.
Bamboozle starts with 18 HP and 3 Attack. When it attacks, it hits all enemies, so you need to block that ability using Flask of Ink or B.I.N.K; Snow Stick won’t work because Bamboozle resists snow.
While you fight Bamboozle, you’ll also have Snowbo, Wild Snoolf, and Winter Worm to deal with.
Winter Worm is the deadlier of the three, with its 8 Attack, but Snowbo aimlessly hits anyone, and Wild Snoolf can freeze you. My advice is to take out Snowbo first, followed by Wild Snoolf, and then Snow Stick Winter Worm while you chip away at its HP.
If you can’t ink Bamboozle, I’d suggest using Pombombs to deal damage quickly.
The Second Stage
Once the second stage of this Boss battle starts, and you now have to beat Bam and Boozle, you want to focus on Bam first. This is because Bam has 6 Attack, while Boozle only has 2. However, whichever one you KO first will trigger Frenzy or Wild in the enemy it leaves behind.
This is why a Pet like Spike will come in very handy, as it’ll hurt an enemy whenever they hit it. And while this could mean Spike is injured early on, this card will take some enemies out before it falls.
Another good shout is to use Shroom, either by consuming an item card, or by playing an ally like Fungun.
As in previous battles, Sun Rod or Sunsong Box is good to use to decrease your countdown until your turn. Moreover, use Flamewater whenever you can to increase your attack points so that you do more damage when you can attack.
Final Thoughts
Before I leave you to try these tips out for yourselves, allow me to impart some final words of wisdom: you will, occasionally, still lose to Bamboozle.
It’s a sad and painful truth, but one you need to remember.
Yes, strategy plays a large part in your success, but so do the cards you draw each time you ring the Redrew Bell. If you find there’s too many “fluff cards”, aka weak cards, visit the Muncher to narrow down your deck.
I hope my guide on how to beat Bamboozle in Wildfrost has helped, and that you’re now making your way through the Ice Caves. Just be warned, there’s greater enemies afoot… like Bolgo, and they’re much, much harder to beat.
