Toggle10. Mega Heracross ex – Super Rare, 093/080

It wouldn’t feel right to kick off a list of a Mega era set without a Mega Pokémon card, and thankfully that’s what we have here, with this Mega Heracross ex. Using the new art style that was introduced for Super Rare cards, featuring a sort of colorful silhouette-style illustration of the Pokémon in the background, this is a great card and definitely one to watch when it heads over to an English language set!
9. Piplup – Art Rare, 085/080

Adorably cute Pokémon cards always tend to make the list of the most valuable cards in any set, and this Piplup card is a very good example of a card with extremely cute artwork!
8. Rotom ex – Special Art Rare, 112/080

I love the retro futuristic vibe of this Rotom ex card, which shows the Pokémon’s various forms in a clever, high-tech way. Pokémon fans are obviously very keen to get their hands on this card too, with it being at 8th place on the list of the most valuable Inferno X cards!
7. Mega Lopunny ex – Special Art Rare, 114/080

Another art style that’s been seen in the Mega sets so far are dynamic, mid-combat illustrations of Pokémon surrounded by impactful lines of color. This Mega Lopunny ex is a great example of that new style of art, and you can practically see this Pokémon leaping off the card!
6. Mega Sharpedo ex – Special Art Rare, 113/080

Just like the Mega Lopunny ex, the Mega Sharpedo ex card has the same aforementioned, really striking art style. Lunging towards the viewer, it’s not one for fans who have any sort of shark-related phobia!
5. Dawn – Super Rare, 106/080

In any given most valuable Pokémon cards set, you’ll find cards which are a great showcase for specific, named Pokémon Trainers. This one features Dawn, who first appeared in the Diamond and Pearl era of the Pokémon animated series.
4. Mega Charizard X ex – Super Rare, 094/080

Charizard is an absolute staple of many sets, and a regular fixture on the lists of most valuable cards. This Super Rare shares its art style with the Mega Heracross ex at the beginning of this list, with a colorful copy of the Charizard lurking behind its Mega counterpart in a similar pose.
3. Oricorio ex – Special Art Rare, 111/080

It’s not often that we see less familiar Pokémon on this list, and I think Oricorio ex counts as more obscure than most. However, one look at that fiery red artwork shows why this card occupies such a high spot on the list of the most valuable Inferno X cards!
2. Dawn – Special Art Rare, 115/080

Here we have Dawn again, with artwork which feels more candid and less posed than that on the prior card. These Special Art Rare cards featuring Pokémon Trainers are very familiar sights, and we’re almost certain to see this specific card being very highly valued when it arrives in English sets too!
1. Mega Charizard X ex – Special Art Rare, 110/080

Finally, the most valuable Inferno X card of all is this absolutely spectacular Mega Charizard X ex, Special Art Rare. It feature the complete line of evolution, from Charmander to Mega Charizard, in a gorgeously atmospheric piece of art.
