Just from an aesthetic point of view, any fan of One Piece would surely be happy to find these cards in an OP-05 booster pack.

At different levels of rarity, however, they may not be particularly prevalent – I’d highly recommend checking out our guide to One Piece Card Game Rarities, so you can take a look at what your chances may be for finding cards at Rare, Secret Rare and Leader rarities and more besides.

The Trafalgar Law and Monkey D. Luffy Manga comic panel variants, for example, are particularly difficult to come by – which certainly affects their value!

With One Piece being so popular as both a manga and an anime, for such a long time – both being more than 20 years old at this point – it stands to reason that the art itself has huge appeal to fans and collectors of the card game.

So it won’t be a surprise to learn that the rarer, alternate art illustration cards do tend to be the most valuable in any given set – and Awakening of the New Era is no exception in that regard.

In fact, if you check out our guide to the most valuable One Piece OP-05 cards, you’ll notice that most of the cards we’ve shown and listed here are featured!

Some are valued at very high prices – so it’s worth taking a look at that list if you do get your hands on any of the alternate art cards for One Piece OP-05 – you may have just found a piece of very expensive treasure!
