The next Mega Evolution era Pokémon set to be released is Pitch Black. It’ll be bringing the Japanese set, Abyss Eye, to the West. Let’s take a look at the cards revealed for Pitch Black so far!

Pokémon Pitch Black Main Set Card Gallery

There are 84 cards in Pitch Black’s main set. There will be cards numbered above 84 (known as Secret Rares), but none of these have been revealed yet. The set code for Pitch Black is PBL, and this can be seen in the bottom left of each card. Though we’ve only seen a few cards so far, we’ll continue to add to this list as more are revealed:

Will There Be Other Cards Released Alongside the Pitch Black Set?

Though it’s not officially part of the Pitch Black set (bearing the MEP set code, rather than PBL), the Zarude promo card shown above will be included in Pokémon Pitch Black Elite Trainer Boxes.

When Will Pokémon Pitch Black Be Released?

The Pitch Black set is due to be released on July 17th, 2026. Pre-release events should be taking place in the week before that date, and you can find your local pre-release using the official Pokémon event locator. We’ll continue to add cards to this list as they’re revealed, so stay tuned!
