The launch for the first Riftbound set, Origins, is upon us. Having played Riftbound ourselves (check out our first impressions of Riftbound), we were very impressed with it, and couldn’t be more excited for players worldwide to get their hands on the game. Let’s take a look at where you’ll be able to pick up your Riftbound decks, sets and cards!

When Can I Buy Riftbound: Origins Products?

Launching in China first, Riftbound’s first set, Origins, wasn’t launched until October 31st, 2025. Riftbound: Origins products are available at local games stores worldwide, or can be purchased from the Riot Games Store, stock permitting of course. Outside of English regions, you’ll have to wait a little while longer, as launch in more languages will occur in 2026, with the date still to be determined.

What Products Will Be Available for Riftbound: Origins?

Booster packs and booster boxes for Origins will be available too; the latter will contain 24 booster packs. Finally, one of the most exciting products of all, especially for new players, is the Proving Grounds set. This is a board game style experience which allows players to more easily learn and teach the game, with enough decks and components to support up to 4 players simultaneously.

As for accessories, card sleeves and playmats featuring the characters Ahri, Jinx, Miss Fortune, and Volibear will also be available. Custom, beautifully crafted accessories are also available from our friends at Buy the Same Token.

Does My Local Game Store Stock Riftbound: Origins?

It’s very likely that they do, but just to be sure, you’ll be able to check a store locator on the official Riftbound website from August 4th onwards. Availability is also expected at certain mass market stores worldwide as well.

Will there be Riftbound: Origins Launch Events in Store?

From October 31st, launch events will be hosted in local game stores, at which you will be able to take part in Riftbound games, and even get your hands on a promo booster pack if you take part in the release event.
