There’s been a lot of interest in the One Piece Card Game recently, with cards becoming increasingly hard to find for fans. Some high profile content creators (including one of the biggest of them all) are suddenly “investing” in booster boxes, leading investors and previously uninterested consumers to pounce on cards wherever they can. We’ve seen this kind of thing affecting Pokémon most recently, but the arrival of scalpers to One Piece is disappointing. It’s led to some seriously crazy prices for cards in the 14th set, The Azure Sea’s Seven, so let’s check out which cards in the set are currently the most valuable.
Table of Contents
Toggle10. Boa Hancock (Alt Art) – Super Rare, OP14-112

The first card on our list of the most valuable cards from the OP14 set, The Azure Sea’s Seven, is this gorgeous Boa Hancock Super Rare card. An alternate art variant, it’s a beautifully, painterly illustration and does a fantastic job of showcasing just how good One Piece cards can look, as well as being a fantastic representation of Boa Hancock herself.
9. Perona – Super Rare SP, OP06-093

This card, featuring Perona, is a Super Rare “SP” card. SP in One Piece stands for “Special Parallel”, and these cards are usually, but not always, reprints of cards from other sets, with art, texture and foil treatments that didn’t appear on their original printings. You’ll note that this card has a set code of OP-06, denoting that it was originally printed in the Wings of the Captain set.
8. Boa Hancock (Alt Art) – Leader, OP14-041

Here we have Boa Hancock again, but this time it’s her Leader card. Though it is from the OP14 set, it’s an alternate art variant of the Boa Hancock Leader card which is currently commanding high prices!
7. Dracule Mihawk – Super Rare SP, OP12-030

Another SP card from a prior set, this Dracule Mihawk is an alternate art reprint from the Legacy of the Master set. The current, greatest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk is shown here about to draw his ludicrously massive sword, Yoru.
6. You’ll Frighten Me… (Alt Art) – Rare, OP14-118

Another Boa Hancock card, though this time it’s an Event, rather than a Character or a Leader. It’s a little odd that the art is so closeup that it almost completely crops out the speech bubble containing the words which inspired the card’s name though!
5. Roronoa Zoro – Rare SP, PRB02-006

Another gorgeous, alternate art SP reprint, this Roronoa Zoro Character card was originally printed in the Premium Booster The Best Vol. 2 set. Though those sets are mostly full of reprints of popular cards, they do also contain entirely new cards too; this Zoro was, in its original printing, one of those new cards in the set.
4. Boa Hancock – Super Rare SP, OP14-112

Here’s the final Boa Hancock card to have made it onto this list; it’s another variant of the OP14-112 Character card, and it’s an example of an SP card in the same set it hails from. Just one look at this card, especially in its spectacular, textured foil, physical form, shows you why it’s so valued among fans of One Piece.
3. Buggy – Rare SP, OP09-051

I’ll admit, it took me a few long looks at this Buggy card to realise exactly what was going on in the artwork! Leaning into the flashy personality of the notorious warlord clown, it’s a beautifully thematic card with a real chaotic energy to the character and the card’s circus-themed background.
2. Dracule Mihawk (Manga) – Secret Rare, OP14-119

It’s very rare to see a most valuable One Piece card list without a Manga variant popping up somewhere, and it seems that this list is no exception! Here’s a Manga variant of a Dracule Mihawk card, and it’s a variant of a card from OP14 too, rather than an SP reprint from another set.
1. Buggy (Gold) – Rare SP, OP09-051

Finally, here’s that gloriously unhinged Buggy card once more, this time in a Gold foil variant. The variation in colors really makes this card stand out, and if you were to find this scarce variant in your The Azure Sea’s Seven booster pack, it’ll feel almost as good as finding the fabled One Piece itself!
