The cards in Chaos Rising can be identified by the CRI set code, in the bottom left of each card. Note that each card also has the J regulation mark, which is important when looking at set rotation. Though the number of cards in the set is shown as 86 (also on the bottom left of each card), there are 122 cards in the Chaos Rising set, including Secret Rare cards:

Any cards you find which are numbered above the designated number of cards in a set are known as “Secret Rare” cards. For example, because the number of cards in Chaos Rising is shown as 86, Secret Rare cards are those numbered from 87 onwards. Secret Rare cards are alternate art and foil treated variants of other cards in the set. The Secret Rare cards for Chaos Rising are numbered from 87 to 122:

When Will Chaos Rising Be Released?

The Chaos Rising set for the Pokémon Trading Card Game was released on the 22nd of May, 2026. It’s a small set, much like previous set Perfect Order, and is a close match for the Japanese set, Ninja Spinner.
