Though officially launching on the 4th of September, UK collectors will have early online access to Yu-Gi-Oh! Magnificent Monsters thanks to eBay. One of the most exciting sets to be released for Yu-Gi-Oh! in its 30 year history, Magnificent Monsters brings serialized cards to Yu-Gi-Oh! for the first time ever. There are 18 serialized Grand Master Rare cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! Magnificent Monsters, and they’re incredibly rare. The early launch of Magnificent Monsters is taking takes place across two days, hosted on eBay Live with The Brotherhood Games and Konami. The event will start at 22:00 BST on the 2nd September with a preview stream. Fans will be able to watch live Magnificent Monsters box openings, product showcases, gameplay and community content, before it’s available to purchase.
Then, from 00:01 BST on the 3rd of September, Magnificent Monsters officially launches. From this time, fans will have the opportunity to purchase the product online, exclusively on eBay Live. Live openings will also feature, coinciding with the midnight launch of the Magnificent Monsters set.
That’s not all! The event will continue throughout the day, with the main launch event taking place over the course of September 3rd. Michael Loizou of The Brotherhood Games will host, joined by Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Zephyr. Fans can tune in for more chances to buy Magnificent Monsters live, alongside box openings and reveals, Yu-Gi-Oh! gameplay, and a closer look at the new release, with expert commentary and community moments along the way.
