Riftbound Vendetta Card List

The fourth set for the League of Legends trading card game, Riftbound, is almost here. Vendetta amps up the rivalries between the characters of League of Legends, bringing three new mechanics, enemy color pairing and even a two player Showdown Deck to Riftbound fans. Let’s take a look at the cards revealed for Riftbound: Vendetta so far!

Riftbound: Vendetta Main Set Card Gallery

The cards in Riftbound: Vendetta have the set code VEN. You can find this on the bottom left of each card, alongside the card number. The card number shows us that there will be 166 cards in the Vendetta set, not including “Overnumber” cards, which we’ll separate into their own gallery:

Riftbound: Vendetta Overnumber Card Gallery

Overnumber cards in Riftbound: Vendetta begin at 167. Hence the name overnumber; they’re all cards numbered over the “official” number of cards in the set. Overnumber cards are “secret”, alternate art cards with special treatments, which are always the most highly sought after cards in any set. Overnumber cards marked with an asterisk in their card number are even rarer and more special, as they feature a stamped signature by the card’s artist:

Riftbound: Vendetta Token Card Gallery

Any card with a “T” card number is a token. There are even some battlefield cards in Unleashed which are classified as tokens. Here are all of the tokens we’ve seen so far:

Riftbound: Vendetta Extra Card Gallery

New promo cards and extra card types also feature in Riftbound: Vendetta, numbered separately to the main set or tokens. Examples include the Riven card which will be available at Pre-Release events, or the Crystal Rose alternate art Ahri card shown below. Let’s take a look at those:

There are three new mechanics in Riftbound: Vendetta: Flow, Burn and Empower. Flow allows you to play cards from your trash, Burn sends cards from your deck to the trash and Empower allows you to increase the abilities of cards in play. You can see an example of Flow on the above Twilight Shroud card. We’ll cover these mechanics in their own, separate guides soon, so watch this space!

There’s also an entirely new card type: unit-gear. As you can probably guess, these cards function as both units and gear for the purposes of card effects and abilities. You can see an example of a unit-gear card with the Patched Porobot, above.
