UniVersus has been around, in one form or another, since the mid-00s, and it’s played host to a phenomenal variety of licensed properties in that time. Initially launched as the Universal Fighting System, or UFS, the game initially covered arcade fighting games, such as Street Fighter and Soul Calibur, but also eventually expanded to video games such as Mega Man. In more recent years, when rebranded to UniVersus, the game focused heavily on anime, with My Hero Academia proving the most fertile ground to draw from initially, then expanding even further afield after that.

In 2024, two sets based on the Attack on Titan manga/anime series made their presence felt, and changed UniVersus forever in a number of ways. The third Attack on Titan set, Apocalypse, has now been launched, and we’ve got a collection of cards from the set to check out.

Attack on Titan: Apocalypse Character Alt Art Gallery

There are 189 cards in the main set of Attack on Titan: Apocalypse, with any cards numbered above 189 being alternate art versions of cards in the main set. As with other Attack on Titan sets, several characters are double sided; these are able to flip over and transform, using an Enhance ability; for example, check out the Annie Leonhart, Awakened card below, which can flip to become Female Titan, Finale (the second card in the gallery). Though not an exhaustive list of all alt art cards in the set, here’s a selection of Character Alt Art cards from Attack on Titan: Apocalypse:
